By making a reservation with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and the terms of any applicable Addenda. 

  1. Booking & Payment

  • Thirty percent needs to be paid once tour is confirmed, and the rest will be paid on arrival.
  • In some cases, a higher deposit may be requested.
  • Passport details for all travelers must be provided within 3 days after paying the deposit.
  • All bank and transaction fees are paid by the traveler.
  • Prices are per person, based on shared rooms, and exclude personal expenses unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to airfare availability or errors.

  1. Cancellation by Traveler

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation fees depend on the season and the number of days before departure:

  • 35+ days: deposit applies

  • 15–34 days: full deposit applies

  • 0–14 days: 100% of package price

  • Cancellation rules are different in high season compared to low season. (Peak seasons include February–May and September–November (except southern coastal regions).
  • Airline taxes and bank charges are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation or Changes by Friendlyiran: Friendlyiran acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers so If a tour must be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, We will inform you as early as possible and an alternative tour may be offered. But, if no alternative is accepted, payments will be refunded.

  1. (bank and conversion fees deducted)
  2. No refund is provided for activities cancelled during the trip due to force majeure or weather conditions.

  1. Changes to Booking

  • Bookings are non-transferable.
  • Changing travel dates or traveler names (except typo corrections) is considered a cancellation.
  • Minor changes may be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional costs.

  1. Unused Services

  • No refund will be issued for unused accommodation, meals, tours, or services after the tour has started.

  1. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be considered based on the conditions applicable at the time the cancellation is requested. 
  • All bank and transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Extensions & Deviations

  • Any request to extend or change the itinerary must be made in writing.
  • All extra costs, fees, and transfers are the traveler’s responsibility.

  1. Itineraries

  • All itineraries are sample plans and may change due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, or operational reasons.

  1. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months
  • Travelers are responsible for visas and required documents
  • Visa rejection or entry denial is non-refundable
  • Visa authorization assistance is provided, but approval is not guaranteed.
  • Travel insurance is mandatory for entering Iran. Iranian insurance can be arranged upon request.

  1. Accommodation, Meals & Special Conditions

  • Hotels are subject to availability or similar category
  • Standard check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00
  • Triple rooms may include extra beds
  • Meals are provided only as specified
  • Special conditions apply to minors, pregnant travelers, and travelers with special needs.

  1. Media & Privacy

  • Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please notify us at info@friendlyiran.com.

  1. Liability: Friendlyiran is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, or damages caused by:

  1. Third-party providers
  2. Force majeure events
  3. Traveler’s failure to follow instructions or hold valid documents.

     Our maximum liability shall not exceed the tour price paid.

  1. Feedback & Complaints

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
  • The latest version is always available on our website.

  1. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are valid at the time of publication and may change due to availability or operational reasons.
  • Package prices include only the services clearly listed in the itinerary.
  • Exclusions may include visa fees, travel insurance, airport taxes, personal expenses, tips, and excess baggage unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made by cash, Crypto, or bank transfer.
  • All transaction and bank fees are paid by the traveler.
  • Promotional or special-offer deposits are non-refundable.

  1. Professional Ethics

  • Friendlyiran is committed to fair, transparent, and ethical tourism practices, including accurate communication, responsible operations, and customer-focused service.

  1. Miscellaneous

  • Friendlyiran reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The latest version is always available on our website.
  • Travelers are responsible for reviewing updates before booking or traveling.
  • Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
