Kindly review these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any reservation. By making a reservation with Friendlyiran, you are deemed to have read and accepted the updated terms and conditions.

1.  Deposit and Full Payment

To make a reservation, you need to deposit a designated amount of money for all the members in a package tour at the beginning. This deposit is a part of your final payment. To confirm your reservation, you must also submit to Friendlyiran, accurate, and complete passport details and visa requirements for all persons in your travel group; if not, we reserve the right to treat your reservation as withdrawn and to refund the deposit to you. Please mention that the client should pay all transaction fees.

The minimum deposit per traveler is $100 per person. If the tour package needs more amount of deposits, the trip advisor will notify the clients.

Payment of the deposit and confirmation of the reservation does not constitute confirmation of a Group Package Tour or a Fixed Departure Tour. All Group  Tour Packages are subject to a minimum group size (determined by Friendlyiran) before the Package Tour is confirmed. If the minimum group size is not achieved at least 50 days before the scheduled departure date for a Package Tour, we shall be entitled to cancel all reservations for the Package Tour following clause three below.

Note: If the minimum group size is not achieved at least 50 days before the scheduled departure date for a Package Tour, we will refund the deposit according to clause 6.

We will notify you as soon as possible once your Package Tour has been confirmed. If you fail to make full payment by the mentioned deadline, we shall be entitled to treat your reservation as canceled.

Prices are per person based upon shared twin/Double room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, water, beverages, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of a computer error, Friendlyiran reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service when the client is going to confirm a tour package.

2.  Cancellation by Customer

Unless otherwise stated in the Pax Statement, you may cancel your reservation, in writing, at any time before the designated departure date, subject to payment of a cancellation fee to us, to be computed based on the table below. In such event, you shall additionally be responsible for any non-refundable airport taxes and miscellaneous surcharges imposed by the relevant airline(s). Please note that any change of departure date, traveler’s name (other than correction of typographical errors) or Package Tour is considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee will apply.

You will be notified of the amount of the cancellation fee as soon as the following possible cancellation of the reservation. Should the deposit be insufficient to meet the cancellation fee, you must settle the shortfall within three days of such notification.

If the refund is made to the credit card account OR Bank account, the bank charges and currency fluctuations (in all refund methods) would be debited from the refund amount. Should you reject our offer of an alternative service, we shall not be obliged to refund any fee paid by you in respect of the unfulfilled service(s), but may do so, on a case-by-case basis.

For any train, flights, or Ferry tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.

6.     Refund Payment Mode

Payments made in cash is the best payment method for Friendlyiran. Friendlyiran tries to refund any required amount of money before the traveler’s tour is finished.

Bank transfer, if the cash payment is not possible, Friendlyiran tries to refund the required amount of money via bank transfer during a month.

7.       Extensions of Stay or Deviations

Accordingly, any traveler needs to check on the applicable visa requirements to get his visa stamped. Also, in the case of posting the passport or any other documents to the designated embassy for getting visa stamped, the traveler needs to check the right address of the designated embassy through the embassy’s website. Friendlyiran is not responsible for losing the documents in the posting process.
