Day 1: Bajgiran to Quchan
Welcome to Iran! You’ll start from the Bajgiran border and head to Quchan. Explore the area’s natural beauty with a visit to Bazangan Cave and the peaceful countryside around. Afterward, enjoy a restful night in Quchan.
Day 2: Quchan to Gorgan
Today, you’ll travel to Gorgan. This area is known for its lush landscapes. Spend the day visiting the Naharkhoran Forest and the charming Ziarat Village. You’ll stay overnight in Gorgan.
Day 3: Gorgan to Sari
After breakfast, head to Sari. Here, you’ll explore the natural beauty of Elendan Lake and the unique colored springs of Badab-e Surt. The peaceful surroundings are perfect for a relaxing day. Spend the night in Sari.
Day 4: Sari to Chalus
Today’s journey takes you to Chalus via the scenic Chalus Road. Once there, you can visit Valasht Lake and the Namak Abrood forest park. For a stunning view, take the Namak Abrood cable car up the mountain. Enjoy an overnight stay in Chalus.
Day 5: Chalus to Tehran
Today, leave the northern forests behind and head to Tehran. There’s plenty to explore, including the Golestan Palace, the National Museum, and the lively Grand Bazaar. In the evening, you’ll stay in Tehran.
Day 6: Tehran
Spend a full day exploring more of Tehran! Visit Sa’dabad Palace Complex and Niavaran Palace, two historical sites in the city’s northern part. If you have time in the evening, head to Milad Tower for a panoramic view. Another night in Tehran.
Day 7: Tehran to Qazvin
After breakfast, head to Qazvin. You’ll start with a visit to Sa’d al-Saltaneh Caravanserai and Chehel Sotoun Palace. In the afternoon, take a trip to the Alamut Castle, nestled in the Alborz Mountains. The views are breathtaking! You’ll spend the night in Qazvin.
Day 8: Qazvin to Zanjan
Continue to Zanjan today. Here, explore the Soltaniyeh Dome, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and check out the Traditional Bazaar. Don’t miss the Rakhtshooy Khaneh, an old public laundry house that tells stories of past daily life. Overnight in Zanjan.
Day 9: Zanjan to Tabriz
Today, travel to Tabriz. Spend the afternoon exploring the Tabriz Bazaar, another UNESCO site, and the Blue Mosque. End your day with a peaceful walk in the El-Goli Park. You’ll spend the night in Tabriz.
Day 10: Tabriz, Kandovan Village
