Each city, village, and region have its own traditional food and sweets, Different kinds of Stews, Kebabs, Cakes, and Cookies are made in different cities, making each meal unique.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Shiraz
Day 1: Arrival to Shiraz

Arrive at Shiraz, Transfer to the hotel based on arrival time, city tour to visit Nasir Almolk Mosque, the Vakil Bazaar. Buying some spices from vakil bazaar and know more about spices.

Included Surprise Cooking Ingredient Package!

Have a meal in a Traditional restaurant, with the chef describing how he/she made the food if possible. Afternoon tasting Faloodeh Shirazi, hear about the recipe.

Overnight in Shiraz

Day 2: Shiraz
Day 2: Shiraz

Early in the morning after visiting Sangak bread baking shop and a Breakfast making shop, getting to know about Ash Sabzi Shirazi and Halim Shirazi, we will have breakfast picnic in a Park. Then have an excursion to Persepolis located about an hour from Shiraz.
we'll visit Eram Garden and Hafez Tomb. Have dinner in the best restaurant in City such as Haftkhan Restaurant, and enjoy a Persian meal.

Overnight in Shiraz.

Day3: Sepidan
Day3: Sepidan

Drive to Sepidan (a Rural village) to experience Local life and stay with a local family to touch their daily life and especially the local food of this region.

Baking bread in traditional style, making a delicious traditional main food with a chef mom.

Based on time and season Visiting fruit gardens.

Overnight in Sepidan

Day 4: Isfahan
Day 4: Isfahan

Drive to Isfahan, City tour to visit some highlight of this city that includes the Naghshe Jahan Square, Sheikh lotfollah mosque, Imam Mosque and the Bazaar.

Have Beryani, the traditional cuisine of Isfahan for lunch and learning how to cook it based on possibility.

In the afternoon after visiting Sio –Se- pol and Khaju Bridge, we’ll have a culinary course with an Armenian Family. Learning to cook an Armenian Meal with an English speaking chef.

Overnight in Esfahan

Day 5: Isfahan
Day 5: Isfahan

Morning visit of Vank Cathedral and Isfahan Music Museum. Have lunch in Shahrzad Restaurant or Abbasi hotel Restaurant which are the best places to eat in Esfahan.

In the afternoon have Persian pastry and sweets cooking course with a professional chef based on your request.

Have dinner with an Isfahani Family and enjoy the Persian house gatherings.

Day 6: Kashan
Day 6: Kashan

Drive to Kashan. Visiting Fin Garden and Tabatabaei house.

Have dizi for lunch, learning about Rosewater making and its uses in culinary.

A cooking course with an English speaking chef, learning a traditional food of Kashan.

Overnight in Kashan.

Day 7: Rasht
Day 7: Rasht

Drive to a village near Rasht. Rasht has been enlisted in Creative cities for its Culinary and Cuisine.

Based on time visiting a Tea Farm.


Overnight in an Ecolodge or in Qazvin if the drive is too much for you.

Day 8: Rasht

After having a delicious Breakfast, we’ll start our culinary course with a professional chef, learning to cook 2 traditional meal from Rasht.

In the afternoon visiting the Caspian Sea shore.

Overnight in Rasht

Day 9: Tehran
Day  9: Tehran

Fly to Tehran, visiting the Golestan Royal Palace and have lunch in Hestooran or Milad Tower.

In the afternoon meeting our knowledgeable co-chef to buy the ingredients for dinner and have a Cooking course.

Transfer to IKA airport for departure.

Day 1: Arrival in Shiraz
Your journey begins in Shiraz, a city filled with history and flavor. After arriving and settling into your hotel, explore the exquisite Nasir Almolk Mosque and the vibrant Vakil Bazaar. Immerse yourself in the world of spices at the bazaar, where you can buy some aromatic treasures. In the evening, enjoy a meal in a traditional restaurant, and if you're lucky, the chef might share the secrets behind the dishes. Don't forget to taste the local delight, Faloodeh Shirazi.
Day 2: Shiraz Exploration
Start your day early with a visit to a Sangak bread bakery and a breakfast-making shop, where you'll discover the art of making Ash Sabzi Shirazi and Halim Shirazi. Have a delightful breakfast picnic in a park and then embark on an excursion to the ancient city of Persepolis. Explore the beautiful Eram Garden and pay your respects at Hafez Tomb. In the evening, savor a Persian feast at a renowned restaurant like Haftkhan.
Day 3: Sepidan - Embrace Local Life
Journey to Sepidan, a rustic village, and immerse yourself in the local way of life by staying with a welcoming family. Participate in traditional bread baking and cooking with a local mom. Depending on the season, you might have the chance to visit fruit orchards and learn more about local agriculture.
Day 4: Isfahan - The Jewel of Iran
Drive to Isfahan and explore its magnificent sites. Visit the grand Naghshe Jahan Square, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Imam Mosque, and the bustling bazaar. Enjoy a traditional Isfahani lunch with Beryani, and if possible, learn how to prepare it. In the afternoon, cross Sio –Se- pol and Khaju Bridge for a culinary lesson with an Armenian family, where you'll learn to cook an Armenian meal with an English-speaking chef.
Day 5: Isfahan - Arts and Tastes
Visit the beautiful Vank Cathedral and Isfahan Music Museum in the morning. Enjoy lunch at a top eatery in Isfahan. In the afternoon, indulge in a Persian pastry and sweets cooking course led by a professional chef based on your preferences. End the day with dinner at an Isfahani family's home, experiencing the warmth of Persian hospitality.
Day 6: Kashan - A Taste of History
Head to Kashan and explore the enchanting Fin Garden and Tabatabaei House. Savor dizi for lunch and learn about the art of making rosewater and its culinary uses. Engage in a cooking course with an English-speaking chef to master a traditional Kashani dish.
Day 7: Rasht - Culinary Adventure
Drive to a village near Rasht, a city celebrated for its culinary traditions. Depending on time, visit a tea farm. Spend the night in an Eco lodge or in Qazvin if the drive is too long.
Day 8: Rasht - A Feast for the Senses
Embark on a delicious journey in Rasht. Start your day with a scrumptious breakfast, and then join a culinary course with a professional chef to learn the secrets of two traditional Rasht dishes. In the afternoon, visit the serene shores of the Caspian Sea.
Day 9: Tehran - Capital Culinary
Depart and fly back to your home.
