About this Tour

Kermanshah Province locating in west Iran is approved to be one of the first residency places of humans. Later in the Sassanid and Parthian era, Kermanshah developed and became a famous capital city in Iran. Kermanshah is now a popular Iran destination for the beautiful nature of its villages and the Kurdish people, even more than the unique historical site.

In this 4 days tour, you will enjoy visiting the historical site as well as villages in Kermanshah. You will visit the UNESCO world heritage sites and remaining from the Sassanid and Achaemenes era and also the hidden villages of West Iran.

The first two days are city sightseeing in Kermanshah and will be proper for travelers of all ages. Meanwhile, the last two days are standard for people with a stable health condition.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kermanshah city tour

We’ll start our tour by knowing our local guide in Kermanshah, driving to Tekyeh Moaven al-Molk, there we will visit a beautiful mansion which is built for Shitte Muslims who would like to mourn for the Martyr leaders, like Imam Hossein. Then we’ll walk in bazaar, getting to know Kermanshah old fashion business type and Kurdish handicrafts.
After wandering in the bazaar, we’ll visit Emado dolleh Moque! It is located in the heart of bazaar and just like most of the mosques in Iran it has four-Iwan, designed to be used for the four seasons of the year.
Bigler Beigi Tekyeh Hosseinieh is another place that we can visit. Same as Moaven al-Molk Tekyeh, this one is also for mourning and Moharam rituals.

Day 2: A day tour to Bistoun and Taqe Bostan

We start our day with a drive to Bistun world heritage site. It is called to be not to be missed for any reason since the reliefs of Bistun are talking about an important part of Iran's history. We’ll visit the Hercules statues lying there as well.
Driving back to town we’ll visit Taqe Bostan in Kermanshah, a memorial of the Sassanid dynasty and one of the most amazing ones!
In the afternoon, a view of the Kermanshah city is waiting for us in the top of the Kuhestan park. There we can relax, see the city view, talk and laugh.

Day 3: Paveh Tour

Paveh is one of the villages in Kermanshah province. Because of the friendly people and also the great weather in summer, Paveh is one of the top beautiful places to visit in Kermanshah.
From Kermanshah to Paveh it’s a 2-hour drive. The stepped village type of Paveh is enough to amaze any traveler, still, there are so many beautiful spots around that your local guide can take you there to enjoy.

Day 4: Day tour to Hajij and drive back to Kermanshah

This is the last day of our tour, based on your interest you can have a short visit to Hajij village and Sirvan River. Afterward, driving back to Kermanshah and visiting the Shafei Mosque which is one of the kind that you cannot easily find!
Our tour finishes at 6- 9 pm in Kermanshah city.
