Day 1 : Desert - Star Gazing - Delicious Foods - City Tour

Its 5 pm and we are in the city of wind catchers, Yazd. A driver/ driver guide will pick you up at a hotel or anywhere in Yazd city, welcoming you with a cheerful face and friendly attitude. First, we’ll drive to the desert, enjoying the beautiful scene of sunset in the sand domes. There we’ll gather around fire, having a tasty tea and barbeque kebab or Sausages with Potatoes.
The desert is famous for stars upon your head. We’ll have an amazing time exploring the sky and Milky Way in desert. The Stargazing will take about an hour but stays a lifetime in your memories.
Sleeping in a desert traditional house or caravanserai and enjoy early morning walks in the desert.
After having breakfast we’ll drive to Yazd, visiting Fire Temple and Tower of silence also known as Dakhma. We’re gonna be familiar with 2 of the most important things in Zoroastrian beliefs, first, how do they worship and second how they bury dead bodies. Then we’ll visit one of the most beautiful gardens in Yazd, called the Dolat Abad Garden. Dolat Abad Garden has the tallest wind catcher in the world and one of the loveliest summerhouses. Walking in the Khan bazaar to the Amirchakhmaq square we’ll get to know the city better. Around sunset we go to the old part of the city to hear the Azan, the voice calling Muslims for doing the praying. Jameh mosque is the last visit of our tour, then transfer to the hotel or any place in Yazd.
